Accounts
The accounting year of the Lancaster Community Music Trust ends on 31 August each year. The last available accounts are for the year ending 31 August 2021. These are available for download from this page as a PDF file (see below) together with the accounts from the year ended 31 August 2018.

Taxation
As a charity, the Lancaster Community Music Trust is exempt from corporation tax. Income tax is recoverable by the Trust on qualifying donations received provided a completed Gift Aid form is received from the donor. A Gift Aid form can be downloaded from the "All Documents" section (For New Members).

The gross income of the Lancaster Community Music Trust is below the threshold for registration for VAT. No VAT is therefore charged on its income and no VAT incurred on expenditure is recoverable.

Donations

As we are a charity, we are extremely grateful for any financial contributions for our work.  We are able to claim Gift Aid on the membership subscriptions. Some of our members decide to make additional donations.

If you would like to donate, and you are a taxpayer, please use the Gift Aid declaration form below, and send it to info@lcmt.org.uk
We are very happy to hear from anyone who might like to contribute to our charity.
